- What is a specialty ink?

A speciality ink is something out of the ordinary. We have really cool things such as glitter, foil, high density and neons just to name a few. Check out some more info on our Specialty Inks Page.
- Can you match PMS colors for screen printing?

PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. You may indicate what PMS color you would like and make one of two choices:
- Choose a stock t-shirt ink color that is close to the PMS color.
- Pay extra for a PMS color match, but understand it cannot be guaranteed to be exact on a textile, especially if it is not screen printed on white.
- How do I know the correct print dimensions?

Apparel Sales & Printing, Inc's largest print dimension is 14.5" tall OR wide, however the standard t-shirt print is 12.5". Print dimensions are really dependent on the location and detail of the design. Our art department can help you size your design for the look you are trying to achieve.
- Where can I print my design?

- Can you do an all over print?

Apparel Sales & Printing, Inc prints on finished garments using a standard screen printing press, so we are UNABLE TO PRINT ON THE ENTIRE GARMENT.
- Can I get a garment sample?

Yes, we do provide sample garments. We ask that you pay for the items at a discounted price plus $5 per item for shipping. Call 1-877-815-TEES for more details or to order samples.
- Can I get a catalog?

Yes! Right now you can see our easy to use online catalog. We carry a large variety of products from a number of vendors who can find almost anything you need.
- I am starting a company... do you sell wholesale?

Yes, Apparel Sales & Printing Inc are priced at wholesale pricing. We offer lots of extra services that appeal to many new apparel companies. Some of our most popular services are fulfillment, bagging, tagging, and folding/labeling. Ask a sales representative for additional information.
- Can I get a screened sample of my design?

Apparel Sales & Printing, Inc offers a great online approval system. This allows you to view your artwork before the product is actually printed. If you would rather have the physical sample in hand, you are able to do a minimum order of 24 pieces.
- Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we do have 24-piece minimum order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for more information and unique situations.
- How/When do I pay?

Apparel Sales & Printing requires 100% down before your order is placed. We do not however print ANYTHING without your approval, so you get to check over everything before its processed.
- What happens if I cancel my order?
-
If you cancel your order, we have a $50 cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments.
- Do I have to get all the same size?
-
Of course not! You can order multiple sizes! They can even all be on the same order, which gets you a better price, as long as we can print the same size design on all of them.
- Do I have to get all the same color garment?
-
No! You can even order multiple colors within the same order as long as the ink color remains the same. If you want different ink colors, no problem!
- Are white garments cheaper than colors?
-
Yes white is a little bit less expensive, but not by much! If you want a colored garment but are looking to reduce your cost, reduce the number of ink colors instead!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
-
We allow SIX business days for production after you have approved artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

No problem, rush services are available. we will do whatever it takes to ensure timely delivery of your garments. Call today!
- What types of files do you accept?

Vector art built in Adobe Illustrator is the best to send us, but we have a wide range of file types we can use.
- What if my job is complex?

Aparel Sales & Printing, Inc is happy to take on your complex job! Understand however, there may be a $199 charge if your job is complex.
